Yes, you can move your existing website to Sonaar’s server at any time. If you are already hosting your website with us, you can move out to another third-party hosting at any time. Contact us and we will make the migration seamlessly. We also offer migration service from your existing hosting to our Sonaar hosting for free.
If you want personalized email address (eg: [email protected]), check out G Suites. It’s the best email setup you can have. Everybody use G Suite for their business emails :)
We don’t offer domain names service at this time. If you want to buy a domain name for very cheap, check out GoDaddy. You will only have to point your domain name to our server.
We offer free support via our Live Chat or Help Desk from Monday to Friday from 9ham to 6hpm (UTC-5). We are located in Canada.
Our hosting plan is billed yearly. We don’t have monthly plan yet. Since your rental space of the server is for a complete year, we don’t offer partial refunds for hosting.
