Give your customers the power to strike a deal—and close more sales. The ‘Make an Offer’ feature is designed to boost engagement and increase conversions. Whether you’re selling products, services, or digital downloads, this tool lets customers submit offers directly, giving them a sense of involvement while you maintain full control over the deal.

Step 1: Access the Make an Offer Settings

1. Make sure you are using the Pro version and subscribed to the Business Plan or higher, and WooCommerce free plugin is activated.
2. From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to MP3 Player > Settings > WooCommerce > Make an Offer / Negotiate the Price
3. If you wish to display a “Make an Offer” button by default for ALL products, enable “Display “Make an Offer” Button by default for all products”.
4. If you wish to display a “Make an Offer” button for specific product(s) only, edit your product and you will see a dropdown to enabled Make an Offer Button. For Single Products see screenshot. For Variable Products (aka Licenses), see screenshot.
5. You can set a Minimum Price Offer for each product, ensuring that customers must meet or exceed this threshold before submitting their offer. This way, you maintain control over the pricing while still giving customers the flexibility to negotiate. You can also set the minimum price offer to 0 (zero).

Step 2: Look and Feel of the Lightbox Modal

1. To change the colors and typography of the lightbox modal, go to MP3 Player > Settings > Popup/Lightbox

Step 3: Start Negotations

1. When the user submit an offer, you will receive an email to your Administration Email Address set in WP-Admin > Settings > General. The email message you will receive can be setup in MP3 Player > Settings > WooCommerce > Make an Offer / Negotiate the Price.
2. Feel free to reply to the client to negotiate the deal.
3. Once you agree with the price offer, you can create a coupon code with a fixed product discount in WP-Admin > Marketing > Coupons. See screenshot and send him the promo code.
